What are some serious weight loss extremes some women resort to?

This question is for research purposes.
My report is on the extremes some women resort to to lose weight to have the "ideal image".

How about the extremes men go to? I was bulimic for 20 years! I am losing all of my teeth now! I am in the process of getting dentures. There is a very high price to pay for going to these extremes to lose weight whether it's men or women! Medicating to flush the body is another quick fix that I find ridiculous. I mean, how desperate is someone who will slam the Ex-Lax
and get the screamin' mimi"s?
