I suggest you start learning how to cook then. unless you cook your own food the caloric and nutritional content will always be questionable.

microwave diners are garbage. there are more additives and preservatives in them then actual nutrients that the body can use.
References :
BS Exercise Science

Well, you could start your day with a bowl of healthy cereal or oatmeal. Those don't take too much effort. If you pack your own lunch, you can carry salads or make wraps that include light ingredients such as turkey, low fat cheese, lettuce tomato, etc. (and hold the mayo!). You can also eat some low-fat or baked chips and an apple to round out your lunch.
For dinner you can have a salad (if you don't have one for lunch), spaghetti*, soup*, or a sandwich.
*just a word of advice, some people may warn you about the carbs in pasta, but if you buy the whole wheat pasta and you are exercising, the carbs shouldn't be that big of a deal. also, be aware of high-sodium store-bought soups.
If that is still too much cooking for you, you could always try the Subway diet that Jared invented. I'm not sure what types of things you like to eat, so I just used some general suggestions. I hope this helps! Good luck!
References :
Lean cuisine and the microwave.
Broccoli cooked in the microwave
Less time and mess.
I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I dont eat lean cuisine every day but most days.
References :
I know all about this! I hate to cook/can't cook/won't cook.

I did lose a lot of weight, though, eating side Caesar salads from Wendy's every day and frozen weight watchers or lean cusine meals. They're actually really good. Then snacking on almonds, bananas, and frozen fruit with splenda packets.
References :
Try Weight Watchers. You can buy Lean Cuisine or Weight Watcher meals and just pop them in the microwave. Also, they have a bunch of snacks and desserts.

If you want to spend a lot of money then the Zone diet, will make your meals for you and bring them to your house. It's very expensive though.
