weight loss recipes?

I am wanting to generic zoloft lose some weight and was wondering if anyone had any good recipes that would help? I need to start eating healthier, but am unsure as the best way to prepare foods as well as what to cook.
I like most foods. As far as Vegetables go I know I like zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, peas, green beans, i'm not opposed to trying new things. I really like chicken far as meat goes, but as of right now I only have some ground beef in the freezer. I need to go to the store.

    Air Souffle:

    1 Cup Air
    1 Tbsp minced Air

    (Sorry thats just how I feel with dieting…they always say one thing is good for you while the next say something isn't good for you…its really frustrating!!!)

    On a serious note, try eating lots of veggies and cut back on your starches (for me pasta is my weakness cause i am italian) but if u want pasta, try to eat whole wheat pasta…its actually not as bad as you may think.

    When making your veggies, don't douce them in butter…I usually steam mine and mix them with a little olive oil and garlic salt…

    I really don't have any good recipies for you but there is a website called http://www.diet.com that has some pretty decent recipies for lots of things….
