It will be well worth it to invest in a variety of dried herbs and spices.
If you cannot affort fresh nuts, buy cheap peanut butter for your proteines. If you cannot affort soya products, but a bottle of soya sauce to spice up your food and get your proteines.
Wholemeal grains are cheaper than wholemeal rice or pastas, and very nutricious. But, all these contain a lot of carbs, so cut down on the portions.
More vegetables. If you buy vegetables that are "in season" , they will be cheaper than those that were flown in.
Fruit for snacks: dry-grilled bananas or apples, boiled bananas with soya sauce, all kinds of fruits spiced up with the herbs.
Buy vegetarian soup cubes to make your own veggie soup, with new experiments (your herbs). Try thick slices of cucumber in your soup, it fills but does not add to your weight.
And best tip of them all: viagra sales uk drink a big glass of water before each meal. It will fill your stomac and stop you from eating (too) much.
Not too much salt in your food!
Good luck!

You may be eating a lot of bread to compensate for the lack of meat. Why not eat diet yogurt and bulky fruit (such as bananas and apples) as snacks?
Eating corn can take off weight and fat as a staple food. Try making cornbread, or eating corn on cob itself.

Pay attention to your calorie intake. Loosing weight is simple as calories in Vs. calories out. Maintain a caloric defecate and you will lose weight. Minimizing eggs, and dairy products will make it much easier to loose weight, in addition eating bulky high fiber foods.

Try not to eat as many carbs–instead of having a whole sandwich, have a peanut butter sandwich using only one slice of bread, and pair it with fruit or vegetables. Honestly, I would just go to the produce department at the grocery store and get whatever is on sale for the week. Fruits that are in season often cost less than out of season fruits.
And if you are getting bored with salad, try adding things like mandarin oranges and pecans to it, or use different greens–try romaine or spinach for a change.

Back off on the dairy and eggs. Not saying to go vegan, but eat much less throughout the day. Doing this with excercise, you'll notice your weight drop a little!

Lots of whole wheat grains, water, veggies and fruit.
Hummus is cheap!Spread it on flour or sundried tomato tortillas
add veggies. You can also eat hummus w/ carrots/celery sticks.
Falafel w/ whole pita bread. Eat whole wheat pasta w/ lots of veggies and marinara sauce. Stir fry's w/ a very little olive oil.
Drinking water is the key-don't drink diet sodas or fruit juices.
Fruit juice and sodas give you alot of unwanted calories.
I would also stay away from Nutra sweet, equal, artifical sweetners.

Here is a great reciepe that is pretty cheep, although I am not sure if it is low fat.
Cheesy Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
1 box tofu, extra firm
enough pasta to fill an 8×8 pan (hand full)
8 ounces of your favorite marinara
1/2 block of mozzarella
spices: parsley, basil, garlic
optional: cayenne
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti halfway. You don't want it to be mushy once you bake it.
While that's cooking, drain the box of tofu and put it into a medium/small bowl. Squish with a fork into small pieces.
Add the parsley, basil and garlic (add more of the spices you like best). I mix in a lot of all three. Blend with your fork but don't squish the tofu into too tiny of pieces.
Then, grate your mozzarella. Use 1/3 to 1/2 of a block of vegan gourmet mozzarella. Put aside.
Drain pasta. Put the pasta into the pan. Add all of the tofu ricotta mix. Mix them together.
Now pour your pasta sauce on top of the pasta/ricotta mixture. Pour a little more sauce than you think, so it doesn't dry out.
Mix all three ingredients well. You can even put some of the extra ricotta on top, if you had any left over.
Once you've mixed the pasta, ricotta and sauce so that it's equally spaced in the pan, simply add the vegan gourmet mozzarella on top. Use as much as you like.
It's important to spray the top of the cheese with your Pam or other oil spray. This makes the cheese on top melt smoothly and have a golden color when it's done.
Bake on high, at least 400 degrees (even up to 500) until it bubbles. Don't be afraid to let it cook until it bubbles and starts turning brown.
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Hope this helps…

I recently lost over 60lbs and went from size 42 waist to a 34. Exercise was a huge factor, but I would have to say what we eat and when is a more crucial factor. I try to eat 5-6 smaller protein-rich meals with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, I eat my biggest meal of the day in the morning and taper off with subsequent ones throughout the day. This helps get the metabolism going and keeps the appetite under control. Obese people often eat less than I do, except they skip breakfast, chug sugary sodas all day, snack on greasy carb-laden junk food and then gorge before dinner and up until bedtime. By doing that, you are essentially telling your body to store fats and metabolize foods at a slower rate.
