I have no links to give you because you first need to think of lifestyle change. Do you live a sedentary lifestyle? Do you have health problems? How old are you?
I have been a vegetarian for most of my life and a vegan for the past 5 years. You can't go wrong with making every meal count as a high nutritional meal -cut out the useless simple carbohydrates. Vegetables, fruit and high protein grains will do the trick for you. Of course, everything should be eaten in moderation. No matter how well you eat, if you are taking in more calories than you are burning, you physically can never lose weight. There are many free recipe site for vegetarian cooking. The first successful step towards losing weight is implementing a plan that works with your lifestyle.

There are a lot of good recipes on Kraft.com… you can go to their recipe section in the upper right hand corner and if you click on the nutrition section it will list a lot of low fat/low calories options!!
