Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. Just because you’re getting healthy doesn’t mean you can’t snack. In fact, eating small meals and snacks throughout the day, or grazing, has been shown to aid weight loss, (compared to eating three large meals a day), by keeping metabolism steadier. Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber (dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on). Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition. Generally, you want to – with a combination of calorie reduction and increased activity – reduce and burn a certain number of calories a day, causing a net loss of calories so your body is forced to use its own stores of fat. This is just what you need. The program is called Burn Fat, Feed Muscle. It was recommended to me by a trainer at my gym. It’s under $40 dollars and helped me lose 39 pounds in 1 month. I recommend it to anyone trying to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Get it here

As for your question about stamina, try taking creatine, it builds muscle, increases strength, and increases msucle size. I recommend Nutrabolics CES

There are many different books and programs out there, I have tried a few myself, but there is one that I have totally fallen in love with. It’s called the 7 minute muscle program, I found it surfing the net one day, at first I was sceptical since it does cost some money, but I found that the results are well worth it, and of course there is a money back guarantee if it doesn’t work for you. I have been on this for two months now and I have lost weight, and toned my muscles too. Anyways I have rambled long enough here, try this site, http://www.7minmuscle.com

Little Tricks To Help You Lose Weight Fast

Yeah we all know that we are supposed to cut calories, do cardio and hit the gym to get in shape, but there are lots of little tricks you shouldn’t ignore if you want to slim down quick.

Take The Stairs Taking the stairs instead of the elevator every day can help you burn some extra calories. It may not seem like a lot but it adds up. Over a period of a year, taking the stairs can burn off an extra five lbs. of fat.

I used No Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince Delmonte – personal trainer and Canadian Fitness Model Champion, who over the course of six months gained over 41 pounds of rock-hard muscle and climbed the scale from a scrawny 149 pounds to a muscular 190 pounds without drugs, without a lot of supplements and training only three days per week. It is a great program with step by step muscle building meal plans.
