What is the best way to lose weight in around five months?

I am wanting to lose quite a bit of weight by then because of an event which I wish to go to, but I need to lose weight to fit viagra cialis cheap the costume.
So please, suggest good diet and physical plans =D Much appreciated.

obviously it depends on how much you need to lose. calculate caloric intake and calories burned. figure out a way so that you can be burning more than you intake. then, and heres the key, cardio! jump on that bike or treadmill. first, though, eat so that you are slightly less than the calories you generally burn, i.e, you would lose a pound or two over a year if you did no exercise. you will be satisfied.

This is a terrible way to lose weight.
Crash diets screw with your body in so many ways.
It isn't healthy to lose more than a pound or so a week.

Well I would start off by taking a day and counting how many calories you consume. Than the next day reduce that by 500 calories, you will see a loss of at lest a pound a week. If you don't try to reduce by another 300 hundred. Try walking or jogging everyday for 1/2 to an hr. if your not used to exercising just walk briskly for half an hour. Try maybe getting a dance tape and dance some calories off, its a fun way to lose weight. Mabey get a little yoga and do that a couple times a week. Also maybe you can try some good old fashion ab, upper body, lower body work outs. And drink plenty of cold water. Atleast 8 8oz. cups a day. Also switching to whole weat breads, pastas and what ever else is considered a carb. Like if you like chips maybe try wheat thins or baked chips. Oh and also try to eat like five small meals through out the day, it helps keep your motabilism up. And replace couple of your snacks with a protein shake.

Personal experience. I've lost around 35 pounds all together and still have another 10 to go.

Well depending on how heavy you are and how much weight you're wanting to loose, you should be able to loose about 1-2lbs per week with a low calorie (1500-1800) diet and regular exercise. That's doing it the Healthy way, and the weight is likely to stay off (if you keep up the exercise!) Body by Glamour (us.glamour.com/bbg) is a great website to track your weightloss and workout times, etc. They also have healthy recipes and strength training work outs so you can build muscle that will burn extra calories all day long! (Best part is it's free!) Good luck!
