What are the easiest and quickest ways to lose weight?

I really want to lose weight in 1 or 2 weeks…any ideas?

Shedding weight isn't really "easy."

If you are serious about knocking off some pounds, you have to commit yourself to cardio (running) exercises daily. Perhaps take one day off. Run for 45 minutes each day.

You have to eat good, too. Cut down on the sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fats you eat (read the nutritional facts label on foods). I'd say aim for no more that 1600 cals daily, but no less than 1200.     Don't eat as much as you do now.

    Exercise more than you do now.

    the easiest weight loss plan by far and one of the most successful, especially for people the don't exercise is weight watchers. if you follow it it works you don't get any easier than that. if by easy you mean you get to eat whatever you want and still lose weight it doesn't exist.

    The most weight you can lose per week and remain healthy and still getting proper nutrients is 2-3 lbs. Sorry but there isn't an easy way. If there were, would so many ppl be obese?
