What are some safe, healthy, and fast ways to lose weight?
I’m looking to lose around 50 pounds, but not right away, over time.What are some good, cheap Ways to lose weight?

eat 1400 calories a day, exercise for one hour every day, drink two liters of water everyday. You will lose about two pounds a week.
