What are some good ways to lose weight, especially in my stomach area?
I just want to lose weight and I do exercise like 4 times a week, but what else could help?
Not sure what your excersize methods are, but for your stomach, go get one of those "core secrets" balls (they're only like $20 or so).
Basically, do crunches on that, and it will do some major work on your upper abs. Put it somewhere that you can lock your feet, and do full situps on it to work on your lower abs.
I may sound like an infomercial LOL but for real that thing works wonders.
As far as losing weight, if you eat less calories than you burn, you will do so. Some good foods to go through that have low calories but the right nutrients and whatnot are egg white, wheat bread, fish, soup, ultram non generic skinless chicken, and various fruits and vegtables.
The key is not to starve yourself, because the will slow down your metabolism. In addition to lifting weights, all the above is basically how I went from 250 to currently about 185 and toned. Hope some of this helps you reach your goal!

Cardio is the only exercise that burns fat. You can do a million sit-ups to get rock hard abs, but you'll never be able to see them because the fat is covering them. Try doing cardio that uses all of the muscles in your body to burn the most fat. If you can't, keep your stomache tightened while you are working out, as it is burning the same amount of calories as you would if you were doing crunches.

Make sure to do lots of sit ups. Cut down your fat and sugar intake. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies.
No ice-cream, potato chips and the likes.
Have yourself checked by your family physician.
He will tell you if you should indeed lose some weight and put you on an appropriate diet.

Now – breath in – hold it at your stomach – and slowly breath out by mouth – remember by mouth not by nose – keep going

DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true…ARE to good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.
You can try http://www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc…and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!
God Bless!
