What are some effective ways to fast or lose unwanted weight naturally?
I'm sixteen and I'm not obese- or even fat for that matter- but my stomach is a tad chubby. I have a normal, balanced diet but I don't get the chance to exercise as much as I'd like to. So what i'm wondering is if there are some effective( but natural) Ways to lose weight or at least tighten my stomach without becoming anemic. I want to be healthy and fit for my age. I've been told that fasting is effective-but i don't know?

The best and most simple ways are…
Stop smoking.
Stop drinking coffee.
Stop drinking soft-drinks.
Dont go out to eat!
If you drink a lot of milk start drinking low-fat or no-fat milk.
And walk 30 mins a day. Even though walking doesnt seem like it could shed the pounds, but I promise it does wonders! And it doesnt stress out your body. It helps to raise your hearthrate but doesnt overload your body. And it's great because it's working almost every aspect of your body.

The correct way is to stay away from processed foods. That is, foods that are made in factories. Do not go on a diet, but try to eat naturally. This does not mean to eat only salads, but to find natural foods that you like. Try natural oatmeal, fruits, different vegetables,un roasted nuts, and seeds.
The best, safest exercise is walking. If you are drivig, try to park away from where you are going to so you must walk to your final destination. Walk to the store instead of driving. Try to get a more active life and have fun with it.
