drink water and eat a lot of nutritious stuff
(vegetable, obviously)

I would love to start drinking more water.. and I’m trying to now, but everytime I drink a cup and a half or so.. I go to the bathroom about 3 times in 45 minutes. I can’t drink 8 cups a day, it will just drive me insane. is your bladder supposed to get used to this over time? I hope so.

Well your body once …
Well your body once hydrated relieves the excess water weight for hyrbination purposes you will lose only water weight and harmful toxins. You do not lose fat though. So lets say your body has more water then it’s natural 75% then you will look, feel, weigh more. The more water you drink your body won’t need to store this excess for survival and will balance itself at around 75%.
There is no estimated time that it will take you to flush your body, but the key is……

It’s true. The more water you drink the more your body has to get rid of the excess water. So when I started this… I went from being about 180 to 130 1bs in probably about 5-6months and I didn’t even excercise. Lol.

thanks doc i love water but my husband has a problem with the soda and hates buying water for the house but the filter i hadn’t thought of . i like the one with the flavors they have now . i did get him to start on green tea drinks instead of soda at work . little steps , right?
