easy ways to lose weight before swim suit season?

im a 13 year old and i weigh 86 pounds. i know i dont need to lose weight but i have a little fat around my stomach and its unatractive im a gymnast so im in the gym about 15 hours a week and i have it 4 days a week. i would just like to know easy ways to lose a few pounds before the swim suits start coming out…..

lizzy lasix 12.5 mg im a swimmer in 11th grade and i know that a mile or at least half of one in the water using butterfly stroke should work your abbs nice and rocking. that and a good 50 crunches will have you "LOOKING FINE IN NO TIME"

    Actually that's pretty normal. As you get older that pudge will start to go away.
    But if you want some help with it. Try doing some pilates. And sit ups/crunches. And swimming doesnt hurt either.

    But all in all – The best is walking!

    just like running it burns of the fat, crunches don't! they harden but don't flatten!

    crunchs are always good…but i have this "ten minute tone ups for dummies" book and it has a really effective excersise in it for that reason!! basically, you lie on your back on the floor(i would suggest carpet or something soft)…then you lift your legs at a 45 degree angle and bend your knees so they are parallel to the floor…keep your arms at your side..hold this position for 1 minutes…it was really hard for me the first time…then rest one minute and repeat….i usually do it 5 times!! good luck
