Does anyone know any really good ways to lose weight easily and quite quick?

hey i weigh 19st 9lbs and i am 5ft 6/7 and i am really big i get teased quite alot and i want to lose weight so i was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to lose weight easily.

Quick doesn't work.

If you want to lose weight, there's only one effective way. Here's my blog on that:

Here’s all you need to lose weight all over, look good, and get really healthy. First, you have to realize there is no quick, long lasting weight loss plan or pill that is going to do the trick. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream.     Eat three healthy meals a day, drink lots of water, exercise and if you feel like snacking have a big bowl of fruit to snack from it worked for me :-)

    I'm doing Weight Watchers right now, and these are the steps I'm following:

    Eat better — make healthy choices, limit junk food, replace high calorie foods with lower calorie alternatives

    Drink more water — stay away from regular soda and juice (they add calories without having you feel full)

    Move more — walk, dance, workout

    Find support — have someone to talk to

    Aim to loose a pound or two a week. Good luck.

    I lost my grandparents to cancer,saw an advert to run NY marathon for cancer research.I jogged everyday for 3 months,barely half a mile first day,but stuck to it,ended up doing 16.5 miles a day 6 days a week,lost 6.5 stones in 3 months,finished marathon in under 4 hours
