Are there any simple ways to lose weight?

Ok heres the deal. I'm 20 y/o 5'10" and weigh about 250, 260 ish. Earlier this week out of nowhere my uncle sends me a bunch of his old clothes. I tryed them on and they don't fit at all. His pant size is a 38 and I'm a 42 and his shirts are XL and I'm an XXL. I was wondering if there is any simple way to lose weight around the chest and abs? There isn't a gym anywhere around here so I'm limited to just push-ups and sit-ups as far as I know. I've also decided to walk more often too, Is there anything else I can do to lose the extra weight and if so how long would it take? I'm in no hurry but I would like to know anyway so I can track myself. Thanks :)

There's no so called "simple" Ways to lose weight……

Weight loss is way, way more complicated than you (and I) think……

However, I can try to break it down into simple ways for you to understand…….

See, the most basic, effective, tried and true method of weight loss is by exercising and eating a healthy, well-balanced india generic cialis nutritious diet.

Doing one without the other will always frustrate your results because you'll only get a half-half of weight loss and body health, neither here nor there…….

Start small changes in your eating daily. Try eat more fruits and veges, then slowly weave in lean meat, then low-fat/non-fried/non-oily stuff and…..before you know it, you're on fire with eating healthy food!

And drink plenty of liquids. Ooophs….no sweetened, sugary bevarages, fruit juices ladened with sugar….

Just water, plain and simple.

    Ya know what I have discovered…It is simple if you really want to do it. I started a diet a few years back and I really wanted to do it…I lost a lot and I actually enjoyed it. But now that I dont want to diet it is the hardest thing for me to do. I moan and complain and I havnt been able to lose 5 lbs even tho I feel like Im starving myself.

    Hm..yes there are many simple ways, but perhaps try a healthy way. Eat healthy, work out regularly (30 min) daily just a little something to get your heart pumping.

    healty eating and exercise. walking is good. you don't need to go on cabbage diet or anything like that. for starters, just cut down on sodas and your favourite junk food. treat yourself once a week with soda or whatever it is that you just can't live without. slowly, your craving for that food will go away.

    Exercise is good but it is a poor way to lose weight. Weight watchers have one of the best track records at losing weight because they help you learn a new way of eating. The South Beach Diet works well if you stay with it strictly. But bottom line is keep calories ingested below calories expended. You can't really target one area of the body to lose weight in. The weight will come off from all over more than anywhere else.

    find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
    eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
    5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
    8 glasses of water
    have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
    have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
    cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
    dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
    ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

    yes, why not? you can loose your weight very easily. for that you must obey some rules. if you r non – vegetarian than you must leave to eat non – veg. then totaly avoid oily&junk food. eat what ever u want but in less amount. dont feel that u r fat. if u know jainism in that there is called CHOVIHAR i.e. dont eat after sunset. it works on scientifically. our stomach works on that principal. after sunset it is very tough for stomach to digest. drink more water, walk at morning & night but dont eat anything before & after atlest one hour while walk, be positive towards life , dont feel shy & if u want to spend money than in BIDADAi.e. in KUTCHH u will take treatment &i am definately saying u will loose your weight

    Calorie cycling seems to be the easiest way for me to shed weight. I never seem to stall when I use some form of calorie cycling. This is as quick as it gets for me to lose weight.
