Along with Exercise what are some other ways to lose weight?
I've gained too much weight, us prescription cialis so i need to lose about 20-30 pounds at the least. Besides doing cardio , what can i put along with that , that will help me lose weight.

Exercise daily more than 30 minutes. Eat in small portions about 6 times a day. Eat healthy food. Drink a lot of water.

its really hard to loose weight. either you starve yourself to death or you get overweight. find a sport that you love and dont be a couch potato. get with your friends and get into photography or maybe another hobby that you like.remember dont do anyhting that can damage your health. good luck!!!!!

Don't listen to the morons who said to starve yourself, because that will actually cause you to GAIN weight when you do eat again. It will cause your body to go into "survival" mode as it doesn't know when it is getting fed next. You operate much like a bear in that respect and your body will begin to "hibernate" and store fat and slow down your metabolism.
what you eat is much much more important than excercise, excercise helps, but you can lose weight by eating properly and never excercising, but it is not possible to do so while excercising heavily and eating like total crap, it is simple. you can't possibly burn it off because it takes much more time to burn than it does to take in.
I suggest you learn about nutrition, read some nutrition books that simply give you information and aren't trying to sell you a diet. You need to know the whys and wherefores to make your own educated decisions about nutrition.
A good book to start would be Eat Drink and be Healhty, the Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating. However any nutrition book will do.
